Mini értékelés: Nem volt egyszerű dolgom a könyvvel, ugyanis a nyelvezete egy kicsikét nehéz volt számomra, és ezért elég lassan is haladtam vele. Rosealyn hercegnőnek viselnie kell az örökléssel járó terheket, ami nem megy számára egyszerűen, ennek ellenére egy nagyon erős karakter volt a történetben, és próbált mindenhol helytállni és megfelelni. 

A világ és a cselekmény nagyon összetett volt, a történetmesélés gyors tempójú. Sokat jegyzeteltem és igyekeztem mindenre figyelni, de rengetek minden történt és sajnos nem mindenre sikerült emlékeznem. A folyamatos ugrálások miatt egy kicsit összezavarodtam és nehezen vettem fel újra a fonalat.

Character Q&A:

Rosealyn! When The LeNoir Legacy starts, what is your life like?

My life is a series of days spent wondering when Father will allow me to journey with him to protect our borders, followed by yet another attempt to knock Captain Charles to the ground instead of being the one knocked down, and worrying how much longer our dwindling crops can provide for our people.

 

Can you tell us about the Lenoir gift?

It's odd. My family's gift both fascinates and frightens me. The LeNoir gift allows the wielder to see snippets of the future, and creates feelings about future events. It is also only ever held by one, meaning I will receive the Gift when Father dies.

 

Charles, what is your job and what does your daily routine look like?

My main role is to guard and protect Princess Rosealyn either myself or by assigning additional soldiers I believe worthy of the task. As such, my daily routine includes training her and making sure she doesn't wander off. Even if I'm not her guard on duty, I check her common eavesdropping locations.
